My first impression was that the care advice was simple and easy to follow, which I appreciated. It did help me clean up my shoes well. Nothing super advanced, so it felt a bit basic, but overall it was useful

I wasn’t totally sure how the process would go at first, since returns can sometimes be a bit of a hassle. I packed everything up, sent it back, and just kept an eye on my email for updates. After a few days, the refund showed up, and the exchange itself ended up being really easy

I know this brand has a big reputation, but my pair just didn’t live up to it for me. Maybe I expected too much, but I was disappointed with the overall experience.

I sent my shoes in to get repaired and it took forever to hear anything back. Customer service was really slow and didn’t explain much, so I was just left wondering what was going on ?? When the shoes finally came back, the repair looked rough and definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid. I expected a lot better from Repetto, to be honest.

That said, there was way more paper in there than I was expecting, almost like someone got a little carried away with the packaging. Still, overall I’m happy with it

I had a really good experience on repetto.com. I wasn’t totally sure what size to get in the shoes, and the sales associate actually took the time to explain it in a way that made sense. They even gave me advice based on the size I usually wear, which was so reassuring. You can kind of tell when someone really knows the products versus just giving a generic answer, you know? I ended up ordering with way more confidence, and the shoes fit really well. Really happy with the whole experience.

Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. No issues at all, it was just an easy, pleasant experience. Definitely happy with it!

They had some really nice items, and I was hoping the boutique would have that clean, calm feel to match the prices. It didn’t quite come across that way, though. A few corners looked dusty, and the fitting area felt like it hadn’t been freshened up in a while. The staff was fine, but the space felt a little tight and not especially inviting. I left feeling like the clothes were nice, but the overall experience could’ve been better.

I sent my order back the refund has been taking "forever." Every time I contact customer service, I get the same vague replies and nothing actually seems to move forward. I’ve had to chase them more than once, which is just annoying. For how much their shoes cost, I really expected better. Frustrating experience overall.

I ordered from repetto.com assuming the price I saw at checkout was the final amount, which maybe was naive of me. A few days later, I got charged customs duties and import fees, and they were definitely not just a tiny extra.

I expected better quality for what I paid. The leather showed up scuffed, and after only a little use the seams started coming loose. That part was weird because it looked like it should’ve been made a lot better...

I liked the selection a lot. Plenty of styles to choose from, which was nice. I found a few things I would’ve bought right away... but then my size was already gone. That was the only frustrating part. Overall, still a good range, just wish more sizes stayed in stock.

The quality is good, so I’m happy with that part, but I just wish they gave clearer updates after ordering and made this whole thing easier to follow

I check Repetto often and I do notice they bring stuff back in stock, which is nice. But then some sizes disappear really fast, so it kind of feels like they restocked but also not really if your size is gone already. I guess that means the popular ones are popular for a reason. Overall I’d say it’s good, you just have to keep an eye on it a bit.

It seems like it runs a little tight, at least in my experience. I could wear it, but it just wasn’t quite as comfortable as I was hoping for. Might be fine for some people, but I’d probably size up next time

I bought a pair of shoes from Repetto i’m really happy with how well they’ve held up. I’ve worn them regularly, and the soles are still in good shape, which was a nice surprise. They do feel a little delicate when it comes to scratches, so I try to be careful with them, but overall they’ve been much more durable than I expected. I genuinely love them

I wasn’t totally sure about these at first and thought they might be a little too simple, but they arrived really quickly and my sister ended up loving them. So I guess I was wrong, in a good way.
